Phangs is a Chinese-American tattoo artist who grew up in Southern California. She started her tattoo career in Pennsylvania before finding her way back to the West Coast.
 

She is well-versed in a variety of styles but has a primary interest in neojapanese and neotraditional tattoos. Largely focusing on design and drawing comprehension, Phangs hopes to create unique and lasting pieces of art with her clients. Inspiration gathered from animals, nature, and Japanese mythology are incorporated into her artwork.
 

In addition, Phangs also strives to destigmatize tattoos in the Asian community, in hopes that tattoos will become more common and accepted in some Asian cultures.
 

When Phangs is not tattooing, she enjoys being physically active, watching anime, and cooking Asian food.
